John A Davis has worked in the HVAC and refrigeration industry since 1997 and brings over 29 years of real-world experience to homeowners and businesses throughout Fayetteville, Peachtree City, Tyrone, and surrounding areas. His background includes residential and commercial HVAC diagnostics, air conditioning repair, heating systems, commercial refrigeration, restaurant equipment service, and advanced refrigeration troubleshooting.


Known for his diagnostic ability and technical experience, John A Davis has spent decades solving difficult air conditioning and refrigeration problems that are often misdiagnosed by less experienced companies. In addition to working directly in the field, he has also helped train and mentor younger technicians entering the HVAC and refrigeration industry.


John A Davis is recognized for advanced refrigeration expertise and is among only a small number of technicians in Georgia to complete factory training at the Sub-Zero facility in Wisconsin. This specialized training helps support the company’s experience with high-end integrated refrigeration systems and complex refrigeration diagnostics.

by John A. Davis.


In 1997, John A Davis and his father, John Davis Sr., founded John Davis Heating & Air, a heating and air conditioning company serving the Fayetteville, Georgia, area. Through years of hard work, the company grew into a large, well-established HVAC business. In 2018, after more than 25 years of hands-on HVAC experience, John A Davis stepped away from his role as the Master Technician at John Davis Heating & Air, selling his ownership interest and ending his involvement with the company. He later founded John’s Heating, Cooling, and Appliance Repair as a completely independent business, specializing in heating and air conditioning services and commercial refrigeration.
